Amy Sneor
Amy Sneor, RN, BSN, BAChief Executive OfficerAmy Sneor is a seasoned healthcare leader with over three decades of experience, seamlessly integrating strategic business acumen with clinical expertise as a Registered Nurse. After years in Chicagoland, she now calls Arizona home and leads Spectrum Medical Care Center as the CEO with a commitment to compassionate, inclusive, and equitable care. Throughout her career, Amy held pivotal roles in business strategy, clinical operations, and nonprofit advancement, consistently enhancing patient care and fostering meaningful community partnerships. She specializes in healthcare strategy development, client acquisition, hospital operations, and nonprofit fundraising, with an unwavering focus on quality outcomes. Deeply passionate about serving diverse and underserved populations, particularly the LGBTQIA2S+ community, Amy champions culturally affirming programs to ensure every individual feels respected and valued. She leads with empathy and purpose, advancing Spectrum Medical’s mission to eliminate health disparities and provide dignified, patient-centered care for all.

Thanes Vanig
Thanes Vanig, MD, AAHIVSChief Medical OfficerDr. Thanes Vanig, an accomplished medical professional, founded Spectrum Medical in 1997. His educational background, including Magna Cum Laude honors from Mahidol University Medical School in Thailand, Internal Medicine residency at Harvard Medical School, and a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Infectious Diseases from Stanford University Medical School, has formed the basis of his expertise. Dr. Vanig is internationally renowned for his work in HIV medicine, actively contributing to the field through speaking engagements, publications, and advisory roles. Beyond his professional accomplishments, he is deeply committed to community service, actively participating in initiatives such as the City of Phoenix Fast Track Cities Initiative and taking a leadership role within the Maricopa START (State of Arizona Rapid Treatment) Program. In this program, he authored the medical protocol to follow in Maricopa County for providing immediate support and guidance to newly diagnosed HIV patients, helping them access the care they need and fostering a sense of safety and well-being within the community.

Jose Rodriguez-Garcia
Jose Rodriguez-Garcia, MD, AAHIVSMedical DirectorMedical Director Dr. Rodriguez brings a wealth of experience and dedication to his role at Spectrum Medical. He pursued his medical education at the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara in Mexico and honed his expertise through a Family Medicine Residency at Riverside University Health System. During his residency, Dr. Rodriguez actively focused on HIV care, earning the AAHIVM specialist certification. In his prior position as the HIV Medical Director of a FQHC in Bakersfield, California, he demonstrated strong leadership in healthcare innovation. He spearheaded various programs, such as long-injectable treatment for HIV, rapid linkage to care for newly diagnosed HIV patients, and expanding PrEP services across the Central Valley of California. Dr. Rodriguez is on a mission to enhance HIV care and prevention, with a clear vision of benefiting the health and well-being of all Arizonans.

Ericka Saielli
Ericka Saielli, MBASr. Director of Programs & FundingEricka Saielli moved to Arizona from San Francisco Bay Area in 2020. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare and social services operations, Ericka’s passion for improving patient experience, integrated health models, PCMH, and FQHC has been the driving force behind her work. As a former social worker for safety needs programs, she transitioned to healthcare with the vision to create programs that are accessible and provide whole person care. Ericka has a master’s in business administration from Grand Canyon University. Her education and leadership skills have allowed her to create programs that are sustainable. As a certified project manager, program manager and grants director, Ericka executed multiple projects and programs in healthcare, public health, and social services. She consistently delivers value, quality, and impact to the patients, staff, and stakeholders she serves.

Victor E. Avila
Victor E. AvilaDirector of Marketing and Community EngagementOriginally from El Paso, Texas, Victor found his passion to serve the Phoenix community during his tenure at Bank of America where he volunteered for several causes. Realizing his passion to serve, he made the transition into the nonprofit sector in 2016 where he went to work for Phoenix Pride with responsibilities for producing the LGBTQIA2S+ cultural celebration events in the valley. Victor has also worked for Aunt Rita’s Foundation where he utilized his passion and skills to educate the community about the importance of HIV treatment and prevention, as well as the important message of U=U to help eliminate the stigma around HIV. Victor is skilled in relationship-building and community outreach, organizational communication, event production, and fundraising. Currently attending NAU, when Victor isn’t working or studying, he enjoys spending time with his beloved papillon, Jacque!

Sade Wallace
Sade WallacePatient Support AdministratorSade Wallace (pronounced Shah’ Day) is from Oklahoma City, Ok, and after completing high school, she decided to continue her academic journey in Arizona. She started her professional career at Caremark RX (currently known as CVS Health) in 2006, working in the Prior Authorization department for FEP (Federal Employees Program) BCBS. She received her associate’s degree in business in 2011 from Scottdale Community College and became a certified pharmacy technician (CPhT) in 2014. After achieving these milestones, she advanced within the Prior Authorization department in which she served fifteen and a half years. While in that department she acquired and enhanced her customer service, leadership, business, and clinical pharmacy technician skills. In 2021, she had the opportunity to function as an Associate Manager for CVS Health’s Workforce Initiative department in which she partnered with internal and external organizations to provide workforce development opportunities. In April of 2024 Sade accomplished finishing her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Arizona – Global Campus. Sade is now the Patient Support Administrator for Spectrum Medical Care Center, and she is thrilled to utilize her knowledge and experience to assist patients and lead her team to success.
