Dr. Howard Grossman is a nationally recognized internist and trailblazer in LGBTQIA2S+ health and HIV care. As Spectrum Medical’s Medical Director, he brings over 40 years of experience delivering compassionate, identity-affirming care. Dr. Grossman has led major clinics across the U.S., including Fenway Health in Boston, Howard Brown Health in Chicago, and the LGBTQ Center of Southern Nevada. He founded the first private primary care practice in New Jersey dedicated solely to LGBTQ+ patients and served as Executive Director of the American Academy of HIV Medicine. He’s also a medical educator, global HIV advocate, and published author committed to patient empowerment and healthcare equity.
