Spectrum Medical’s community-based outreach program provides HIV/STI testing, same-day access to PrEP, sexual health education and preventative services throughout Arizona.

meet the outreach crew

  • Becky Lutz
    She/Her
    Community Outreach Manager

    Becky Lutz is a dedicated community advocate and healthcare professional with deep roots in LGBTQ+ outreach and HIV care. Personally impacted by HIV and as a bisexual individual, Becky brings lived experience that fuels a commitment to identity-affirming, stigma-free healthcare. Before joining Spectrum Medical, Becky built programs at the county level that strengthened access to care and taught invaluable lessons about navigating healthcare systems and advocating for patients.

    At Spectrum Medical, Becky leads with passion for outreach and connection; meeting people where they are through the mobile testing unit, community events, and one-on-one conversations. Patients can expect to feel heard, respected, and empowered, whether accessing PrEP, HIV care, or primary care services. Outside of work, she recharges with family, pets, and time in Colorado’s outdoors, bringing balance that translates into renewed energy for the mission to end the HIV epidemic and uplift the community every step of the way.

healthcare made easy

Accessible healthcare for all is our mission. We provide convenient testing for HIV, chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, and HCV through our Testing After Dark program every other Tuesday. Join us after business hours for testing in a safe, quick, and confidential environment.
