Support LGBTQ+ Healthcare in Arizona
Spectrum Medical Care Center is proud to share that we are now an approved Arizona Charitable Tax Credit organization! This means that you can support Spectrum Medical Care Center at no additional cost to you. Arizona’s Charitable Tax Credit allows you to direct a portion of your state taxes to Spectrum while helping expand access to LGBTQ+ affirming healthcare, HIV prevention, and community-based services.
With the April 15 tax deadline approaching, we wanted to encourage you to think of Spectrum Medical if you decide to take advantage of the charitable tax credit program. Your donation would directly help our Spectrum CARES outreach team, which connected with more than 4,000 community members across 216 events in 2025, providing HIV and STI testing and linking people to care.
When you donate, you can receive a dollar-for-dollar credit on your Arizona state taxes (up to $495 for individuals or $987 for filing jointly), reducing what you owe or increasing your refund. You may claim the credit for either 2025 or 2026. You do not need to itemize deductions on your state income tax return in order to claim the credit. Every dollar donated is taken directly off your state income tax bill or refunded back to you if you do not owe additional taxes.
When making your donation, please keep our QCO code handy for your records:
| QCO Code | 22963 |
| Employer Identification Number (EIN) | 27-0389889 |
Your Arizona Gives Day gift helps build a healthier, more inclusive Arizona for everyone.
