A Community-Focused, Inclusive Gynecological Care Provider

As an LGBTQ+ medical center, we believe that anyone in need of gynecological services deserves welcoming, culturally competent care. We designed our services to intentionally support lesbian, bisexual, and pansexual women, as well as people across the gender spectrum in need of gynecological or reproductive health access.

    Spectrum Medical offers comprehensive services to protect your overall wellness and proactively monitor for illness, including annual physicals, Pap smears, HPV testing, breast exams, cervical screenings, and vaccine administration.

  • Menstrual Health & Hormone Support

    From heavy bleeding, painful periods, irregular cycles, and missed periods to perimenopause and menopause symptoms, we provide personalized care to help you better understand and manage hormonal changes.

  • Vaginal Health & Infections

    We diagnose and treat common concerns such as yeast infections, bacterial vaginosis, abnormal discharge, itching, odor, and vaginal discomfort with compassionate, judgment-free care.

  • Contraception & Reproductive Health

    We offer birth control options, including pills, IUDs, implants, and other reproductive health services tailored to your needs.

  • Pelvic Pain & Chronic Conditions

    If you are experiencing pelvic pain, cramping, or ongoing discomfort, our team can help identify and manage underlying conditions such as ovarian cysts, pelvic inflammatory disease, and endometriosis.

  • PCOS, Fibroids & Reproductive Conditions

    Spectrum Medical provides evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for conditions like PCOS, uterine fibroids, endometriosis, and other reproductive health concerns.

  • Urinary & Bladder Health

    From frequent UTIs to urinary leakage and bladder concerns, we provide care to help improve comfort, confidence, and quality of life.

  • Sexual Health & Infection Treatment

  • Do I need to identify as a woman to receive gynecological care at Spectrum Medical?

    No. Spectrum Medical provides gynecological care based on your healthcare needs, not your gender identity. Our team is committed to creating an inclusive, respectful environment where patients can access the care and support that feels right for them.

  • What makes your gynecological care different from other clinics or providers?

    Because traditional “women’s health” services can have gaps in providing care for LGBTQ+ women or gender-expansive adults, we launched our gynecological care services to better address the unique needs of our patients. When you visit Spectrum Medical for gynecological or reproductive care, you can expect an inclusive, stigma-free experience that honors your identity while providing the services you need to stay well.

  • What should I expect during my first gynecological visit?

    During your first visit, your provider will discuss your health history, any concerns you have, and what reproductive or gynecological services you need. We’ll then work with you to create a plan that’s comfortable and respectful. Our team focuses on making you feel safe and supported throughout the entire visit.

  • Do you offer hormone therapy or gender personalized care alongside gynecological services?

    Yes. Spectrum Medical offers comprehensive, personalized care for LGBTQ+ patients, including gender-affirming care. This means you can access all of your primary, reproductive, and hormonal healthcare from one trusted provider who understands your overall health journey.

  • What if I don’t live in Phoenix, can I still be seen at Spectrum Medical for gyno/reproductive services?

    Absolutely. While we’re based in Phoenix, we serve patients of all orientations and gender expressions from across Arizona, including Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Glendale, Chandler, Gilbert, Peoria, Surprise, and surrounding communities.
