When you use our PrideCare Rx service, your pharmacy support is coordinated with your overall care, creating a seamless experience from visit to medication adherence.

Yes. You can choose to come to our Care Center or pharmacy location to pick up your medication, or you can have it shipped directly to your home. We proudly serve patients of all sexual orientations and gender identities across Phoenix and throughout Arizona, including Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Glendale, Chandler, Gilbert, Peoria, Surprise, and surrounding communities.

In addition to accessing treatment, PrideCare Rx provides support as you navigate new or existing prescriptions. This includes answering questions, explaining next steps, and other support to help ensure you have continuity of care.

Yes. When you get medication delivered to your address, no one will know the contents of the package other than you and the pharmacist who packages it.

Absolutely! If you’d like to transfer your prescriptions to PrideCare Rx, our pharmacy team will coordinate the transfer with your current pharmacy and make the process as easy as possible.

Yes! Whether you fill your prescriptions at another pharmacy or have never used PrideCare Rx before, we’re happy to help you get started.

Yes. Once PrideCare Rx opens at our new location, you’ll be able to conveniently pick up eligible prescriptions before you leave the clinic.

Yes. PrideCare Rx will continue offering delivery services after the move.

Because the pharmacy is relocating to Central Phoenix, delivery will be available within an updated service area based on the new location. Some patients who currently receive delivery may fall outside the new delivery range. Our pharmacy team is happy to discuss your delivery options.

As part of this vision, PrideCare Rx is relocating to Spectrum Medical’s new Central Phoenix campus at 3003 N. 3rd Street, where patients will be able to access healthcare and pharmacy services under one roof.

It’s ok! If traveling to our new location isn’t convenient, PrideCare Rx offers home delivery within our service area. If delivery isn’t the best option, we’re happy to assist with transferring your prescriptions to a pharmacy that’s more convenient. Our priority is ensuring you continue receiving your medications without interruption.
