Howard Grossman, MDChief Medical OfficerDr. Howard Grossman is a nationally recognized internist and trailblazer in LGBTQ+ health and HIV care. As Spectrum Medical’s Medical Director, he brings over 40 years of experience delivering compassionate, identity-affirming care. Dr. Grossman has led major clinics across the U.S., including Fenway Health in Boston, Howard Brown Health in Chicago, and the LGBTQ Center of Southern Nevada. He founded the first private primary care practice in New Jersey dedicated solely to LGBTQ+ patients and served as Executive Director of the American Academy of HIV Medicine. He’s also a medical educator, global HIV advocate, and published author committed to patient empowerment and healthcare equity.

Janet Kim, MDInternal Medicine/Infectious Diseases PhysicianDr. Janet Kim earned her medical degree from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and completed her Internal Medicine residency at Tulane University. Driven by her interest in infectious diseases, she pursued further specialization through postdoctoral fellowship training at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Her greatest passion lies in providing compassionate and comprehensive care to individuals living with HIV and promoting sexual wellness through PrEP, PEP, and doxy-PEP.

Kate Schaub, DNP, FNP-CCertified Family Nurse PractitionerKate’s determination to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives through healthcare led her back to college following years of work in the pharmaceutical industry. She completed her RN and gained valuable experience on a cardiac monitored floor while pursuing her Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Family Practice at Arizona State University. Before joining Spectrum, Kate honed her skills in an Urgent Care setting, where she provided compassionate care in PrEP and PEP services. He was inspired to pursue a nursing career after his own gender transition journey and completing his Bachelor of Science in Public Health. Before completing his NP, he worked as an RN in a Surgical/Trauma Progressive Care Unit in Columbus, Ohio. He is proud to hold an AAHIVM Specialist certification, specializing in gender-affirming care, PrEP, PEP, and general medicine.
