Becky Lutz is a dedicated community advocate and healthcare professional with deep roots in LGBTQ+ outreach and HIV care. Personally impacted by HIV and as a bisexual individual, Becky brings lived experience that fuels a commitment to identity-affirming, stigma-free healthcare. Before joining Spectrum Medical, Becky built programs at the county level that strengthened access to care and taught invaluable lessons about navigating healthcare systems and advocating for patients.

At Spectrum Medical, Becky leads with passion for outreach and connection; meeting people where they are through the mobile testing unit, community events, and one-on-one conversations. Patients can expect to feel heard, respected, and empowered, whether accessing PrEP, HIV care, or primary care services. Outside of work, she recharges with family, pets, and time in Colorado’s outdoors, bringing balance that translates into renewed energy for the mission to end the HIV epidemic and uplift the community every step of the way.

I am the Outreach Education Coordinator with a background in community outreach and engagement, where I provide education on sexual health, primary care and behavioral health for underserved and underrepresented communities. In my current role, I focus on advancing public health through inclusive education, with strong commitment to supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. I am passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces where individuals feel empowered, informed, and encouraged to take charge of their health. 

Enrique A. Bailon leads outreach efforts to expand access to HIV and STI testing, PrEP, DoxyPEP, and preventive health services across Maricopa County. Known for his approachable leadership and cultural awareness, he is dedicated to connecting people to care. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family.

After spending 7 years in emergency medical services, I have realized that my passion lies with community health and making sure people have resources. Working in outreach with Spectrum Medical was an obvious next step. I am so excited to help further the goals of Spectrum and connect more with my community here in the valley! In my free time, I like to spend it with my Fiancée, Abby, and our 2 animals, Billie (Cat) and Cash (dog).  My hobbies include hiking, reading and crocheting.

Keeping the community safe has become my passion. I love the outdoors and spending time with my family.

I am a Community Outreach Navigator with history in working in HIV/STI prevention who is passionate about working towards helping those who are underserved and linking people to resources in my community. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors swimming down the Salt River or gathering with family/friends for game nights and karaoke.
